Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, Niakaa.com accepts returns and refunds only under specific conditions.


2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.
  • The product has expired or is defective.
  • The packaging was tampered with or broken upon delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medicines.
  • Temperature-controlled or perishable items.
  • Health supplements or personal care products once unsealed.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.

4. Return Procedure

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order at care@niakaa.com with order details and images.
  • Our team will verify your claim and coordinate pickup (if approved).
  • Returns must include the product in its original condition and packaging.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
